MY EXPERIENCE
With decades of experience including almost 20 years as a partner and latterly Vice Chair at Deloitte LLP, I’ve had the privilege of building and leading teams across the UK, Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. I’ve also worked with over 200 teams in client organisations ranging from private equity firms to listed companies and owner-managed businesses. I’ve learned that outcomes are better when leaders and their teams collaborate effectively and approach strategic decisions in a structured way. This can sometimes mean changes to the way the leader leads, the way team members interact and the approach they take to making strategic decisions.
