Intuitively we all know that when faced with an important decision, we need to invest our time and effort to get it right. Yet for decisions that are difficult to make and hard to change, teams often find themselves taking a similar approach to those decisions that are more operational: someone is given responsibility for 'taking it forward' and everyone else carries on with business as usual. Despite no shortage of intellect nor effort in the team, the outcome can be disappointing.
But in our complex and interconnected world, we need different perspectives and a rigorous approach to making those decisions that have a significant impact on the organisation and its stakeholders, whether they be customers, employees, or shareholders.
In her TEDx talk, Long Acre Advisory founder, Lisa McNulty, shares just some of the science behind our Business Catalyst Programme which helps teams improve the quality of their strategic decisions.
The Business Catalyst Programme is for leaders who want to make and execute better strategic decisions.
